Hunter Regional Cricket Trials – Girls

Nominations to trial

• This is the selection trial for students wishing to be selected to represent the Hunter at the NSWPSSA Girls Cricket Championships. Players should only trial if they are willing to travel and compete at the championships – for information refer to NSWPSSA web page. To locate the event page select either find events or view calendar and use the filter tool to refine your search.
• Nominations are welcome from students who have been approved to attend by their school.
• Students are encouraged to attend if they show quality skills and an aptitude for cricket; it is not an essential criteria for selection in the Hunter team for students to be playing in a competitive cricket format, however, it is beneficial for students to have the required skills and knowledge of the game.
• Please complete a school consent form and take with you on the day.

Students attending the trial

• Note: Players must bring their own personal equipment required for batting and/or wicket keeping. (pads, gloves, helmets, ball etc.)
• All players and spectators must abide by the Hunter SSA code of conduct located on the Hunter applications and forms page.
• Please bring adequate food, refreshments and sun protection.
• Supervision will be available until the trial concludes.
• Any postponement will be announced on this website and the Hunter SSA Facebook page.
